LIBERTARIAN PARTY
Steering Committee Meating, January 8, 1972
The minutes of the previous meeting were read.
Due to the absence of Pipp Boyls, further discussion of the Constitution
and By-Laws was tabled until the next meeting.
It was decided that the Press Conference to announce the formation of
the Party would be held on Thursday, January 20th in Denver. The time
will be 2 p.m. Susan Nolan will check with hotels for a reasonably
priced room.
Two press releases will be prepared. Dave Nolan will prepare the
National announcement and Luke Zell will prepare the Colorado release.
These, along with a copy of the Platform, will be sent in advance to
the press.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
